As a fellow Thomasian, I can only infer that the way you've presented Christ in your "art" isn't how Thomasians view Christ.Christ is a symbol of hope and salvation, but what you've done tragically changed that idea from better to worse. Younger people who have viewed it already online might have had their might already corrupted with your new idea of Christ's image. As F. Sionil Jose had said that your work was an immature way of presenting art, I can also say that I think that what you've done is very immature. I have no personal grudges against you, nor am I a devout Catholic. This is just my view as a student of University of Santo Tomas.

I pray for Mr. Mideo Cruz and other artists to be reminded of what they are creating through their talent of art which you have given us. Please guide us in using this gift according to Your will and not against Your mighty name. Let us be reminded that everyone of us is created in Your image and everything that we do reflects Your actions. We ask for forgiveness in every action we make that causes You pain and sorrow, and for not thanking you for all the blessings we are receiving every single day. I know that every event is in Your plan and I strongly believe that everything happens for a certain reason and purpose. May all Filipinos be united as one in praying for Your holy presence. Let us be good and do good since You, our Almighty Father, are the primary source of goodness. May you bless us all with enlightenment and show us the path to righteousness. May we become instruments in spreading Your word as Thomasians, as Filipinos and as Human Beings, Your masterpiece. Amen.
